Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-kept, although the bed was a bit too hard, and the street traffic noise was noticeable. The service was outstanding, especially from MD Rick, who made my daughter's birthday special. The location was convenient, close to Universal Studios and with a nice burger joint nearby. The dining options were simple but sufficient, and the breakfast area was helpful in getting us ready for the day.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The rooms were clean but needed a filter change and some furnishings were old. The staff, especially Gloria and the front desk clerks Rick & Marfus, were super friendly and helpful. The location, despite needing repairs and having a few issues like dirty surroundings, was convenient with plenty of restaurants and shops around. However, the dining options were minimal, and the breakfast service was somewhat lacking.
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and smelled great without being overpowering, offering a deluxe experience at an incredible price. The service was extremely accommodating and nice, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Despite some minor flaws in the location with a shabby appearance in some areas, the hotel's proximity to restaurants and coffee shops made up for it. The dining experience, while simple, was sufficient to keep me satisfied until lunchtime. Overall, a great value for the money with a few hiccups along the way.
