I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-kept, although the bed was a bit too hard, and the street traffic noise was noticeable. The service was outstanding, especially from MD Rick, who made my daughter's birthday special. The location was convenient, close to Universal Studios and with a nice burger joint nearby. The dining options were simple but sufficient, and the breakfast area was helpful in getting us ready for the day.

The rooms, equipped with YouTube and Netflix apps, were much better than expected. They were clean and well-kept, although the bed was very hard. Unfortunately, the street noise could be heard from the room.

Access to the highway was convenient for exploring LA and the shuttle service to Universal Studios was a plus. However, there were mixed feelings about the over-bleached rough paper towels provided.

The service was extremely accommodating and nice, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay.
